What?

The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a year-long professional development program for people who are working to improve their communities by addressing issues related to the environment, tolerance and conflict resolution, transparency, anticorruption or peacebuilding and accountability, and women and gender. The program enhances leadership and management skills through online coursework, and face-to-face training. This includes Four-month Fellowship in the United States, Community Leadership Institute, Community-based initiatives

Who?

Applicant should be in the age range of 25 and 38, 

Citizen of one the eligible countries, 

Living and working in home country, 

Two years’ experience, high level of proficiency in speaking English,  Semifinalist will take or submit recent scores for a TOEFL or IELTS. 

The applicant is committed to return to his home country.

When?

The deadline for this application is October 30th, 2019

How?

Applications must be submitted online at https://oas.irex.org/csp by October 30, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Applications that are mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to IREX will not be accepted.

Benefits?

The program covers the cost of most expenses associated with: • J-1 visa support; • Round-trip travel from participants’ home city to the U.S.; • Monthly allowance to cover housing, meals, and other living expenses while in the U.S.; and Accident and sickness insurance.
