What?
Africa Center of Excellence (ACE) for Climate Smart Agriculture and Biodiversity Conservation (Climate SABC) at Haramaya University invites African students to enroll in the following trans-disciplinary post-graduate study programs. This includes MSc in Climate Smart Agriculture, MSc in Biodiversity and Ecosystem Management, PhD in Climate Smart Agriculture and Biodiversity Management with specialization in Crop, Livestock and Soil and water, Biodiversity, Policies, institutions, and Innovation sciences. PhD is four years program and MSc is two years program.
Who?
Scholarship opportunities are available on a competitive basis for eligible male and female students from Eastern and Southern Africa Region (Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Mozambique, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Zambia) as well as for Ethiopian female students. Successful male Ethiopian candidates will be granted financial support to cover research expenses. Applicants for MSc must have a BSc in related fields and applicants for PhD must have an MSc degree in the fields’ related disciplines.
When?
The application deadline is May 31 2019
How?
Applicants for PhD must submit a research concept note. There will be interview for admission to be conducted in person or via Skype. Documents required for application are: Cover letter, CV, authenticated degrees and transcripts, two recommendation letters, support letter from employers (if any), Copy of valid identification all in one PDF format and should be sent to the following addresses.

Benefits?
