Tailored Opportunities: Summer School to train the next generation scientists in tropical meteorology and forecasting techniques, from 21 July – 2 August 2019 in Ghana

What?

This summer school aims to train the next generation of scientists in tropical meteorology and forecasting techniques. It is organized by the Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) African Science for weather Information and Forecasting Techniques (SWIFT) program and the Young Earth System Scientists (YESS) community.

Who?

Applications are welcomed from current PhD or Masters’ students, and early-career professionals (e.g. postdoctoral researcher, lecturer or forecaster) working at a university, research institute or national meteorological service, having joined the organisation in the last 5 years

When?

Deadline for this application will be 13 March 2019
